Jumpers Sports Grill - Dubuque

Good customer service is rare these days, Larry was very nice over the phone and in person for our takeout order. The food was packaged nicely and condiments were not skimped on which I appreciate. Everything we ordered was really good and we will definitely order here again.

Tonight we had 6 tables of euchre players and were told bartenders do not come to tables for drinks. We had to go to bar to get our drinks. Two bartenders and 2 people sitting at the bar. Very disappointed!!

Omg the BEST wings I have EVER had and the biggest helping too! (My photo shows what I could not eat! . Clean, fast service, happy atmosphere. Vegetarian options: Plenty to choose from: sweet potatoe fries veggie options etc Dietary restrictions: I found plenty to select from Parking: Connected to a mall parking lot, no problem

Ordered a garbage basket, 1/2 pound hamburger and a Carmichael sandwich. Got the garbage basket and then we waited and waited for the sandwiches. We even had another waitress ask if we were waiting for our bill! Then another waitress dropped some ketchup next to me and it got all over me! When we finally got our sandwiches the 1/2 pound burger looked more like a 1/4 pound burger from McDonald's! Never took anything off for the ketchup mess or the extra 45 minute wait! Very disappointed!
