Domino's Pizza - Dubuque

When we attempted to order again this week, we found that online ordering wasn't available once more. We decided to call the store to see if they could apply our coupon, which we've used consistently for a long time, but were told again that the coupon couldn't be applied because it was an online-only deal. We've explored various options but still couldn't place an online order with this Domino's. Given our frustrations, we have decided to take our business to another Domino's in town, where the online ordering system is functioning properly, and we were able to use our regular coupon for the large three-topping pizza for $7.99. Once we have used up our gift cards, we will reconsider whether we continue to order pizza from Domino's at all. We were particularly disheartened by the treatment we received on the phone, especially after being loyal customers for over a year. In the beginning, we loved this Domino's; the staff was always excellent, and we enjoyed ordering pizza there weekly. Their Pan Pizzas are fantastic!

Pizza ordered before the time, paid for before the time when we arrived, a man named drake refused to serve us. space is a hole with bad service do not go there.

Wow,wow,wow Bad pizza... soggy, no taste, greasy. Very disappointing. I was going to say it wasnt cooked, but when adding it to my oven, to cook it, again, the crust was great, but the toppings were still soggy in the middle.

Always a friendly and courteous staff to make a great pizza taste even better!
