Catfish Charlie's - Dubuque

Great spot by the river! I only had time for a quick drink and an appetizer. Our server, Mary, was excellent. I ordered the spinach dip served in a bread bowl, which was delicious and came in a generous portion. My friends also opted for drinks and appetizers. One had the baked shrimp and crab dip, which was fantastic, while another friend got the cheese curds—good, but nothing out of the ordinary. I’m definitely looking forward to returning in the summer to enjoy the outdoor seating and sample more items from the menu!

Excellent food and fantastic house-made beer! There's a lovely outdoor seating area right by the river. They also offer cocktail cruises on a large yacht, which is a great experience. This place is truly amazing! You can’t go wrong here. They serve fresh bluegill from the river, and even have alligator bites as an appetizer, along with whole catfish available. It's definitely a must-visit!

The food is incredible, the drinks are potent, and the service is fantastic! I highly recommend the 'Three Little Pigs' sandwich—it's truly out of this world! The Beer Cheese Mac and Cheese is another favorite of mine! My husband always goes for the Walleye, and he’s never disappointed with his choice!

Had their prime rib, gotta admit 1st time served with gravy vs Au Jus, but it was great! Great atmosphere

Great food, Good service. I would recommend stopping. I will stop there next time in Dubuque.
