I believe that as a vegan, pasta is always a safe choice when dining out. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the restaurant offered soy Bolognese that was vegan. Some reviews had praised the Bolognese, but I personally found it to be just okay. However, the live jazz band that was playing made for a pleasant evening out. One small tip - the restaurant claims to be cash only, but we witnessed a customer paying with a card. The waiter mentioned that the card machine doesn't work for orders over 100 Kunas, but it seemed like a minor inconvenience. It might be worth checking if they accept card payments if you prefer not to carry cash.
Although there are only 2 vegan / vegetarian options, I was pleasantly surprised by the soy Bolognaise. Friendly staff and live jazz music at dinner. Would come back!
Now it's been a while since I went, but when I was on vacation in Croatia and visiting the infamous city Dubrovnik, I found this café serving a couple of veggie options in the middle of the intense heat. The waiter was quick to confirm that the dishes were vegan, so I got the most interesting in my opinion, the Soja Bolognese. A simple dish I wasn't expecting much but it actually surprised me! This spaghetti was pretty good! I'll give the meal a solid 9/10 for an actual filling and slightly more interesting vegan meal in a place where there aren't many vegan options. If you ever come to Dubrovnik, you now know you can eat here if you don't feel like rushing up and down the million steps and narrow streets because you're starving! I guess as a vegan pasta is always a safe option when we go out to eat. I was really impressed by the fact that she offered soy bolognese that was vegan! few reviews said the bolognese was good and I was looking forward to it. but I was disappointed by the taste I think it was decent and time that I was hungry, but I had better vegan bolognese. the positive was that we were out and the live jazz band played what made it a really nice night. a tip they say it's just cash, but we saw a woman paying with card and the waiter said the machine doesn't work on orders over 100 kunas, but I think that was a little white lying, so maybe it's worth making a fuss so that they can use card. unless you're not about to sell money.
