Absolutely the worst place that you can stay in Dubrovnik. The landlord is nice BUT the place is ATROCIOUS! Apart from the location that is a bit off but has a good connection by bus there are other things you should worry about. Dirty rooms full of spiders and mosquitoes and the rooms have an intense smell of mold. No investment has been made in the facilities for years. I felt cheated for my money and I felt I was sleeping in Addams Family's mansion. DON'T waste your money here please!
Door in my room was broken and you could not shut it. Room had AWFUL smell and a dirty bathroom. Stains on the sheets with a condom wrapper in the closet. view was the only part worth it.
