Gil's Little Bistro - Dubrovnik

The hotel is located in the street of stradun. this restaurant offers in the amount of fresh ingredients. the thunfischsteak is so packed that it tasted more than fish. the taste is something on the salty side.

This little bistro is gorgeous. Good for steak lover choose your own cut and get wine suggestion from the waiter you will be very satisfied. Fish is perfectly cooked too. One star less for a waiter who gave me a dodgy and unfriendly look. Otherwise every other staff are very professional.

I specifically asked how the mussels were prepared and there was no mention of tomato or tons of flour ? that made it so thick and hard to eat. It was anything but good : !

If I could give a zero stars to this place I would. Upon arrival, there were no seats but the waiter managed to give us a table with a narrow spot that seats didn’t fit. So we had to stand up the whole time. We asked to give us a table if a table became available. Two new parties were seated after us for the tables that became available but no one approached us to change our seating. No menu was provided to us and we were asked to give our drink order so we rushed to choose a couple drinks on the spot. Such a torturous experience.

The best place to eat in the old town. totally in love with the food. the people are super friendly and helpful. we had a great time and went back to dinner the day.
