This is the best sushi I have ever had. I have lived in many cities and states, and I will always remember that Yoshi's is one of my absolute favorites. Yoshi himself is amazing - super friendly, accommodating, and incredibly skilled. Columbus is fortunate to have this fantastic restaurant in the city.
If you enjoy sushi or have never tried it before, this restaurant is a fantastic place to start. There are various sushi options to choose from at different price points. The average sushi roll costs about $15 and the entrée options range from $17.50 to over $100. Despite never having been to Japan, the sushi here felt very authentic.
This place has a very solid fan base, and based on my experience they deserve it. Your menu is extensive. The Rainbow roll led the fresh seafood and quality sushi test (10 out of 10); the Dublin roller was high quality, but somewhat less exciting (7 out of 10). Yoshi made me a stupid guy. The Ebi Shumai (Shrimp dumplings) are a heavenly bite. I come back every time! The Negi Wonton are also excellent, soak in some tasteful juices. The Yakitori set is a simple but very pleasant appetizer. Yoshi's is a little pricier than the average local sushi/Japanese spot, but nothing crazy, and it's totally worth it. I will certainly continue to visit and explore more from the menu (noodles / dishes). This is the best Japanese place where I was a local jewel in Dublin!
Excellent. Authentic. Fresh. The Okinomiyaki is fantastic. Their sushi is the best! They have a variety of great appetizers and dishes. Update: being going weekly. Consistently excellent every time. Tried the shrimp salad unbelievably good! Also tried sashimi perfect! Such good quality!
