Although the food wasn't entirely to my liking, I'm giving Ty Ginger a five-star rating because everything was of high quality, and the service was outstanding as well. If you're a fan of authentic Chinese cuisine, this is definitely the place to go!

We visited the restaurant on a weekday afternoon around 3:00 PM. There weren’t any other customers, but the service we received was excellent. The food was outstanding, and the dim sum is a must-try, although some classic items are only available on weekends. We also ordered Thai dishes, and I must say, they know how to cook meat well—everything was delicate, fresh, and juicy! While it is a bit more expensive than most Asian restaurants, it's definitely worth a visit every now and then with friends or family.

This restaurant offers the best dim sum in town, with a wide variety to choose from. However, I found that some of the sauces didn't pair well with the dishes. For instance, I prefer hot chili sauce with shrimp balls, but they served a sweet, creamy sauce instead, which isn’t my favorite. I visited with my wife and daughter, and we ordered five different dim sums for lunch, including vegetarian pot stickers, filled tofu, sticky rice, and pork wrapped in lotus leaves. Everything was delicious, but my favorite was definitely the filled tofu. It has a creamy texture that melts in your mouth, complemented by a crispy outer layer that creates a perfect balance of smooth and crunchy. This combination is simply excellent!

I was on the lookout for a new lunch spot when I stumbled upon Ty Ginger in Dublin. To my surprise, the interior was much more spacious than I had expected from the outside. It was lunchtime, yet the place wasn't crowded at all, with a steady stream of diners coming in. I decided to order the General Tso with white meat and roasted rice. The chicken was both crispy and juicy, and the sauce struck a perfect balance between heat and sweetness. Our server was a friendly gentleman whose name I can't recall, but he definitely brought a lot of laughter to our meal. I'd highly recommend giving it a try!
