The cashier made me wait to receive my change while he talked to someone picking up a DoorDash order. I noticed he was also on his phone, so I politely asked him to just give me my change so I could leave as I was on my lunch break at work. Instead of handing me my change, he threw the cash on the counter top. I will not be returning to this location anytime soon, if ever. He refused to give me his name so that I could make a formal complaint. This was the worst service I have ever experienced.
I used to adore this restaurant. It was always my first choice. However, now it has become completely unacceptable. There are too many incompetent employees mishandling my food, unable to even make a basic bowl. Please bring back skilled workers like Logan! Piada, please improve.
The service at all Columbus locations has been declining lately. It appears that they are not scheduling enough staff, leading to longer wait times of about 30 minutes to receive your food. While the food quality is still good, there are concerns that the service may continue to deteriorate.
The restaurant was very tidy and the service was outstanding.
I typically visit this restaurant about once a week and always order the Avocado Piada with grilled chicken. I appreciate that they freshly cut the avocado when I place my order, and the staff is very friendly. I will definitely be returning soon!
