Dibella's Subs - Dublin

New website would not take my longtime log in. After I updated my info, site said unable to deliver to my address???? I live less than a mile from Tuttle Crossing location and have had multiple deliveries over the past few years. I called and was told to order directly through DoorDash. Ended up ordering from Flyers. Dibellas, get your act together, your new site is horrific!!

Usually a solid lunch but couldn’t stand to stay in the dinning room long enough to order. Must of had a sewage backup last night or this morning the entire place smelled of sewage. Coworker and I both couldn’t stand the smell long enough to even order take out.

Really like their subs, but every time I order food to be delivered something is missing from my order. While I appreciate that a refund is offered, I will likely not order from here anymore since I can never get a complete order

I used to go to DeBella‘s all the time when I lived in the area. I visited the last two times and it has just not been a great experience. I don’t understand the whole online pick up experience for the first time I placed an order it told me my order would be ready in 15 to 20 minutes. I waited 20 minutes and headed that way. I waited at the store for another. I don’t know 1520 minutes after that This last time I went in there there’s a roach on the floor walking around. There’s just no communication. The service is just awful. I mean ridiculously bad. I ordered a 10 inch grilled sandwich. It was as cold as all can be and when I asked why they said oh I’m sorry we were waiting on your cookie waiting on my cookie is no excuse. You should’ve told me that I would’ve eaten warm instead of eating some cold, nasty grilled sub I think this place should go under management evaluation and change. management and the service. There were awful unprofessional, shouting across things like “Stupid people.. we’re busy quit calling and that was from one of the black shirt managers on duty.. Just not a good location anymore by any means.. I strongly recommend going somewhere else for your lunch in the Tuttle area.

Went in for lunch and everything was great my only complaint is that every table was dirty. It takes a few minutes to have one person wipe down the tables in between customers. Other than that the light skinned girl who took our order was very nice and our food was great!
