Arrived, no one insight for check in as “sign said” your kids for badges “whatever” we waited as our child eger to play??‍ no 1 came to greet “chunky cheese ? proceeded to help ourselves and stood at counter like dummies. There was NO ONE for service. Asked for juice for toddler, they had to go back to “check n see” ??‍ despite ordered food AND waited forever. So lame. Don’t waste your time there

Brian is so kind and helpful. Thank you so much you da man. So helpful when a game didn't work and he fixed it right away. My grandson loves this place.

Good place for kids and not expensive, they have reasonable prices. You have choices to buy a ticket for hour too.

A few months ago, I was planning to have a birthday party here with my sister, and we were both really excited. But then, I saw it. The animatronics. The art. Everything. It was all gone. Sure, you’re “saving” Northridge, but are you really doing anything at all? It’s sad that you’re still doing this. The remodel makes NOTHING better. Kids still care about the animatronics.
