Buffalo Wild Wings Grill & Bar - Dublin

With a reservation we waited at the host stand for 10 minutes while no one helped us and the restaurant was not full. It was a Thursday night. Service was very slow. Restrooms were poorly serviced. Our server was very nice and did the best she could. Our table was located in a section that we had to squeeze around another table just to be seated. I will not be going back.

Open table should take BW3- Dublin off their list of available locations. We went to watch the SB and was told that they don't honor Open Table. There was a long line to get seated so we ordered takeout and left disappointed.

I made reservations thru OpenTable to watch the Super Bowl at BWW's Dublin, CA. Reservation accepted, confirmed, all ok. Wrong, showed up at BWW's and was told they don't take reservations on game day, no tables available. I was traveling for work and 3000 miles from home, found a table a a BJ's Brewhouse to watch the game. Something is broken between OpenTable and BWW's reservation system.

Got there on Super Bowl Sunday and they refused to honor our reservation. Told us they don’t take Open Table reservations. Very bad customer service and manager made us seem like a nuisance. Instead of coming over to help came over and asked “What’s the problem?” Will never ever return.
