Terrible customer service, have been a loyal customer for several years. but not anymore. there was a possible false communication about the order, I understand that sometimes happens. I returned the whole thing back to them and said we had got the order wrong and if they could replace, but the guy at the theke was shameful that it was my fault and rudely speaking and hesitated. all that is important to them is their money, we want to support small businesses, but some of them look like typical franchises.

I love her cumbling and my son loves her bagels. they are always very friendly and offer my son a little free bagel.

Faster and friendly service. Bagels are big and come in classic aromen. nothing instagram worthy, just delicious honest eating. Among the favorites are cinnamon crucifixion when I crave something sweet. Jalapeno cheese or bacon chokedar are my delicious go-tos. Bagel bakery also has minis, perfect for office spaces. the snack size bagels are simply large enough to make me dim until lunch and not to nap after that. also due to COVID security protocols, we can no longer get the normal bagels. Previously we cut them into half, but no one loves sharing more and there are always over half bagels at the end of the day. the mini bagels eliminate the drop. we store various aromatized cream cheese in the refrigerator, as the minis just come. for more essential meals are also thun-fish melts, chicken salad sandwiches and pizzas with bagel bases available. I also like her bagels with suckers, smoothies and fruit cups. many parking places that amakara pulled down the street. only wish that they would change their days of closing with the mother-and-pop donut shop on the road. both are closed on Mondays and force me to breakfast or lunch in a chain restaurant.

This is a really charming bagel shop with a wonderful staff. They gave our 1.5-year-old a kids' bag, which she really enjoyed. Thank you for the delicious bagel!

I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. While we were placing our order, the staff completely turned their backs on us and didn’t bother to check if we needed anything else. They were rude and dismissive, treating us as if we weren't important. Although they claimed to be busy, there were only two other customers and no one else was ordering. When I tried to confirm my order, they interrupted me and responded in a disrespectful manner. I would highly recommend avoiding this place.
