Excellent location, decent service and food. Some issues with maintenance in the room and building which detracted from our stay. Rooms: The room was spacious and clean but there were issues with the bath and basins draining. Bath didn’t hold water in and basin drained/leaked onto the floor. Lovely hotel. Lots of building work happening next door not the best view from our window. Restaurant was expensive, quite cold to sit in. The food was lovely though and enjoyed the decor. Expensive room service charge £7! parking £20 overnight. Good location but we did find it expensive! Food drinks: East restaurant lovely menu but expensive! Rooms: 3 Service: 3 Location: 4

Our room was lovely and spacious, we had a balcony room. Check In was a bit tedious they required a 200 euro hold on our card that was a bit of a rigmarole if u have a credit card grand if a debit they said would have to take 200 from account and then it would be repayed 8to 9 days later. So we missed that when booking, just one to look out for. Food was OK chicken burger is a deli fillet with a nice satay sauce but bit pricey it was. Staff were lovely room service that night was slow an hour after ordering no sign no answer on phone ended ringing the hotel directly was sorted farely swiftly then.Small things really but would stay again no bother Nearby activities: 3 arena basically next door Safety: Farely safe although we did get off on the wrong floor and walked straight in people arguing but looked like it was been sorted. Food drinks: Bar was a little under pressure late afternoon only one lad there but evening was no bother well staffed and competent bar people.
