Mcdonald's - Dublin Road, Ratoath

Security guard was very ignorant/rude tbh. Just on a complete ego trip. Man was moving like he's on detail for Joe Biden but in reality your just in McDonalds watching a bunch of teenagers eat their chicken nuggets. It's not that hard mate I'm sure you can go and work the doors at a seedy nightclub if you wanna be a big man. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Alot of Staff barely speak a lick of English, place is absolutely filthy , self checkouts often don't print out receipts. Slow service , queues do move far too slowly compared to other macdonalds I've been too. Service: Take out Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Gone down an awful lot... Majority of the receipt machines not working. So you have to find out your order number. Food is average. Upstairs seating is closed. So everyone is squeezed in on the ground floor. Bins are overflowing. My advice is use a different McDonalds like grafton street. This is the most unhelpful manager I have ever come across. The customer is disabled, broken hip, titanium pin in leg, needed to use the toilet, on the second floor. This manager would not help him to the second floor, nor would she ask any members of the staff to help him to the toilet. She called him names, rude, that he was not speaking proper English. Then pretended she couldn't speak English. She took his name phone number and address. Promised he would get a call from her area manager, and a letter apologising for her not helping him. Over a month later, no call, no letter nothing. Great manager. The food was also cold, the tea served cold. Wouldn't allow me to use deal on app because several lazy staff members couldn't bring themselves to enter the details manually as my phon screen is slightly broken and can't scan code. God forbid they enter it manually which is an option unless your lazy. The deal has gone to waste and I've had to deal with several lazy staff. I only went in for a coffee.
