Living close by I have used this store a number of times but should have given up. Firstly, delivery is shocking, takes hours so I stopped that and arranged to collect. When ordering and paying through the app the staff don’t even start the order til you arrive even though its paid for! Once I was left short a side, when I said it was missing I was told they burned it! Eh.I had paid and was just meant to go without?!!! This week I called, the staff member was extremely rude. Would not give the Meal Deal I was asking for despite it being on the app/website. I had to repeat everything over and over, even spelling a simple name took 4 attempts. Worst was during the call the person stopped communicating with me but went off to talk to other peopleI stayed on the line and when she returned (with no apology) I told her she was extremely rude and forget the order. Never ever again. If this is the level of service I can imagine how bad other things are Shop elsewhere where your business is appreciated.

Why does it take 1hour and 30 minutes to deliver a pizza locally. It arrived cold such bad business . And we are asked to support local businesses . DREADFUL FOOD

Now it is 11:56 pm I have called over the phone to order pizza to my self , I said looking for pizza what sizes do you have , because I already will order Margreta i love it , she said different sizes , I asked what sizes do you have again , instead of telling ex 10, 12, , 14 , etc so I can pick what i want she hung off the phone on my face. She is a girl and that redivulous , is it shop or punch of Vegetarian options: Just rediculous. Service: Delivery
