Giving this place even one star hurts me. They scammed all of my friends and me. Tried to talk to multiple managers to understand what was happening but they all knew it was a huge scam and were okay with it. This place is a joke.

Tonight I bought tickets for Sunday night, and when I came to the entrance I showed security my Bosnian ID, and he said: do you know this is Spanish and Brazilian party? And I said: of course, that's why I bought the ticket. And he said because I'm from Bosnia he doesn't want to let me in. And of course I thought is is a joke, and then I showed him my Croatia ID because I have double citizenship and he repeatedly said that this is only for Brazilians and Spanish and that he will not let me go in even though I have a ticket and I was nicely dressed and I wasn't drunk, and also my friends supposed to come after me. And then I said to him: I thought this Is open for everybody. Which he replied: no no, this is only for Brazilian and Spanish . So imagine you coming as Irish in your own country and some ignorant Brazilian security slis saying to you: this is only for Brazilian and Spanish. How would you feel? Anyway, I think I'm going to speak with solicitor and see how many discrimination laws he broke by doing that. Nice experience after being customer for last 4 years So basically that's the same thing if you are coming from Africa and you come with a ticket and he says to you can't go in because you are from Nigeria and you are black. Ridiculous.

I recently visited that terrible hole for the 2nd and final time, and I must say, it was an absolute disaster. From the moment I stepped in, I was disgusted by the environment and the people there. It was crowded with drunk people , whose behavior was unacceptable. To make matters worse, my phone was stolen there. I 'd strongly advise against visiting that hole. Food: 1
