China Palace - Dublin Road, Ratoath

As a regular customer in finglas town , I've always loved dining here, but my recent experience left me extremely disappointed. I called to place an order, but the front desk staff's English skills were shockingly poor. They couldn't understand me properly and were quite rude about it too. It's sad to see the quality of service decline like this. I hope they can improve soon But I don't want ordering again here. Lovely food. service, depends if busy on weekends. But u always get ur food. If its missing something then always replace it. No problem. Or if it's cold. And they were delayed. Service: Take out Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

I felt food wasn’t fresh, Yesterday evening we bought spicy bag which cost €8.90. It was not good especially the shredded chicken was like rubber we didn’t complete the food. The food does be nice but ordered a spice bag nd got 4 pieces of chicken paid 7 euro for a bag of chips .Chips was good. I won’t buy food again from here. Spice mix was also not good at all. Really need improvements. Chicken ball wasn’t properly cooked. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
