Arthur's - Dublin Ireland

The service at this restaurant was outstanding. We arrived around 5 PM, and it was quite busy, making it a bit challenging to find a table. Fortunately, we spotted one being cleaned just as we walked in, and I quickly approached the staff member to secure it—he did an excellent job. Our food was served promptly, and most of it looked great. The only downside was the Guinness stew, which was lukewarm at best. Other than that, the staff was polite and attentive to our needs. As you can see from the pictures, the view from this place was lovely. We enjoyed our meals while looking out the window right beside us. We also appreciated the live music and the inviting lighting.

I had a lovely dinner at Arthur's Bar. We initially planned to eat at 1837, but the wait was about an hour, so we decided to give Arthur's Bar a try instead. You place your order at the bar, and they bring your meal to your table, which you choose yourself. I ordered the open-faced smoked salmon and prawn sandwich, and it was delicious. The prawns came in a creamy dressing that was expertly prepared. The others in my group had the burger, which was quite large. While it was tasty, it could have used a bit more salt, though that might just be our American taste buds talking. The prices for beers and drinks were reasonable, and it was nice to enjoy some food after having a couple of Guinnesses at the Gravity Bar. I do wish there were more menu options, especially desserts. The menu we received didn’t have all the choices I noticed on Yelp, and I wish I had taken a picture of it.

After a couple of hours exploring the Guinness Storehouse, you might be a little nibbly. And Arthur 's Bar is going to be the spot. On the 5th floor. There 's actually food here, similar to the 1837 Brasserie, including burgers, beef Guinness stew and such. And in addition to Guinness, they offer the Hop House 13 Lager and Harp and other beers, plus soft drinks. Yes you can use your Guinness voucher here, but I 'd recommend saving it for upstairs at the Gravity Bar. Note that there is also an Arthur 's Pub nearby, but that establishment is unrelated to the Guinness Storehouse.

A delicious addition to your pint is the Guinness Stew. Now if you have a choice choose 1837 for a more refined meal. Tonight 1837 was closing early for a connoisseur dinner so choices was Arthur's or the dining hall. We went with a fresh burger (with Guinness caramelized onions) and himself with the Guinness Stew topped with mash. Both were delicious and complimented our pints. Wish there was a bit more selection, but satisfying all the same. Cheers!

The pre-cooked food lacked flavor and variety. However, the beer was fresh and delicious. The live music was fantastic. I suggest waiting to enjoy a snack outside the restaurant.
