Victoria - Dublin

So, i ordered my food,sweet/sour chicken balls/fried rice,and on lge spring roll,12euro or so,collected and brought home,rice was missing,spring roll was disgusting,and chicken balls were overcooked,very very dissapointing and annoying,never again for me and friends/family

I ordered a collection from the victoria but when i arrived to pay and collect I was told that no card payments are accepted anymore. I had some cash on me but was 60cent short so I suggested the 60cent be added to my next order I would be a very regular customer by collection and home delivery) however this was refused by the older lady owner i think) who, surprisingly enough, would be familiar with me coming in. Abruptly refusing card payments is never a good sign but having to lose a long term customer over your own business failings is beyond comprehension.

Portion sizes tiny only had 4 pieces of chicken in a spice box that was 7.50 and about 10 chips. Very bad quality and portion size for the piece and disgraceful customer service when I asked for a refund I was told no

Went here for a meal, the food is amazing, and the staff, are so pleasant, I would definitely recommend this restaurant in Clondalkin village,

When getting a Chinese take away this is my local go to. friendly staff and the food is always very good. my preference is the salt and chilli chicken (ask for the pieces, not the shredded). the curry sauce is very nice too. the portion size is big so i think it is also good value for money.
