I discovered the stairs and went to the teller room waiting the same packed chaos. Surprisingly, it was not busy. we. were sitting fast and presented with a menu filled with seductive selection. we ate here a tasty food and I am a picky eating man. it was quiet and with a beautiful ambiente. we sat at the window and enjoyed the view of the street below. we will definitely visit our next visit to dublin!
This is the new dining room above the bankers bar in the quarter temple bar in dublin. my wife and I went back to our hotel (the western dublin) when we decided to stop here for dinner at a warm evening in juli....The eating and the wee were both excellent and cheap. my wife couldn't stop saving the lame. Although the wein list was very limited, we have selected a very good Tempranillo-Syrah-Cabernet mixture from spanies that kept well to braided lamb. the service was very good and exceptionally polite. we recommend both the teller room.
This is your typical 7 day a week pub like restaurant. Service was very friendly and swift and the food is reasonably priced. Seats were somewhat uncomfortable, tables are a bit low. If you want a quick bite, this place will do fine.
After some exhausting travel we wanted a sit down dinner where we could talk to each other and not be surrounded by people and music. We stumbled upon this place and made our way upstairs. It was exactly what we were looking for. Our server...was so polite and helpful. She gave great recommendations and we couldn't have been happier. The pubs are great, but this was a respite from the busy streets and the food was very good. We were visiting during the Christmas season and tried the traditional nut loaf. Man it was good. We have since learned how to make it at home.
We were a group of 12 people and we had experienced a terrible service. we ordered 8 pints and the young waiter was incovenient and said we had 5 minutes to finish our pints because not everyone was consuming. We had 8 huge pints and...after they served us he told us we had to finish them. NOT A FRIENDLY BAR AT ALL.
