The Cat Cage - Dublin

We decided to have dinner at The Cat and Cage tonight. The atmosphere was vibrant, and the food and service were excellent. The menu is clearly labeled with allergens, and there are gluten-free options available. I would recommend this place for dinner and a drink. The pub is cozy and would be a great spot for drinks with friends or to watch sports.

I highly recommend trying the fish and chips at this restaurant. The portion size was generous, with homemade chips, tartar sauce, and a side of garden peas with fresh basil. The combination of garden peas and basil was a delightful surprise. The customer service provided by the male staff member with blonde hair was excellent. My only suggestion would be to go easier on the sea salt, as I prefer it to be optional. The fish dish was priced at €19.00, which I felt was very reasonable. We visited before the Dundalk and Shels game and found the pub to be very busy downstairs. Luckily, we were able to find a table in the upstairs cocktail and bottle bar, where there was a great selection of food available. The burgers and pizzas looked fantastic, and I would definitely recommend this pub for its food.

I had a wonderful experience at this pub with its friendly staff! The gluten-free pizza and nachos I tried were both delicious. They often have gluten-free beer available, but it might not be a familiar brand so be sure to inquire. It would be nice to see a gluten-free beer on draft, but overall, this local pub is fantastic and I'm glad it's close by.

This restaurant has a fantastic atmosphere that is truly unique. The food is absolutely delicious and they also have a nice selection of drinks to choose from.

The restaurant was immaculately clean and the staff were exceptionally friendly. Although our server appeared to be new, he made sure we had an amazing meal. The fish tacos were incredibly fresh, the salad was delicious, and the fries were outstanding. I am excited to return and sample the pizza on my next visit. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience.
