My hubby and I went to The Step Inn after a tiring day wanting a tasty meal We were greeted by a lovely waitress and had a scrumptious meal The rib eye steak and pavlova were GORGEOUS and I highly recommend them The pavlova was very unusual as it was served with dried fruit, including oranges and cranberry. The meringue was lovely and chewy. I thoroughly enjoyed every mouthful

Dined here for lunch. Staff are very friendly and efficient. We had 4 main courses. 3 of the main courses chicken/mushroom special, club ciabatta, cheeseburger) were very good. However, I was very disappointed with my fish gougons. They had very little taste and seemed like they were cooked from frozen. Very poor value for 15.90. Expected chunky fresh cod but didn't get it. Otherwise the food was good but unfortunately will not be back.
