Sinnotts - Dublin

Good place to have drinks and to see any sport they can think of. just outside the grafton road is perfect for a drink after work. the bar late hours, somehow, turns into a club place. a beautiful place.

I came to the halloween weekend for a few drinks with my friend. the place had a good atmosphere and was quietly occupied, compared to other places in the night, as it was quite in the city. the American football was up while we were there, would like to music, but my friend enjoyed it!.

Sinnott's is truly a yinandyang place.Its positives :1. They have an epic carvery at lunchtime, serving mashed potato, roast potato, chips, 2 veg and a wide choice of main (roast meat, lasagne, southern fried chicken etc.), that will guarantee to satisfy any hunger, and tastes great.2. The setting and decor is excellent with its downstairs location and open bar, it has strong Cheers overtones, and marries this with interesting Dublin memorabilia on its walls, and a host of big screens showing sports events.3. I really like Sinnotts. It's a quality sports pub. I've watched Premier League, 6 nations, the Rugby World Cup final, and the Superbowl here. The place gets a great atmosphere going. I don’t think I’ve been to Sinnotts since I was a teenager, and that was a long time ago. I remember it for two things, Big Screens and Carvery Dinners. Funnily enough they still do both very well.As it happened I was going to see a play in The Gaiety with himindoors and it was pissing raining and we were early and Sinnots is just a few feet away from the door.
