Absolutely brilliant food with a wonderful atmosphere.

Recommended in Michelin Guide 2014 2017 @peploesstephensgreen Amazing 3 main course meal, great food and ambience! Chic and cozy but slightly cramped. Food was incredible, but it would have been nice to have more space between tables, so that a large/tall person such as myself wouldn't feel so much like a bull in a China shop. Otherwise, everything was very lovely.

Starter v.good, main was okay but not great and dessert (cheese) also v.good. But it is the run up to Christmas so perhaps a little leeway.

Visited on a Sunday..staff were brilliant and attentive. Knew the menu and mater de was a lovely fellow. Food was excellent, had the kidneys to start with a rich and silky sauce. Main was a rib eye steak which I devoured. Recommend the giner revival as a cocktail, really good so had two. It was quite but again, was a Sunday so can't fault staff or food, both excellent
