Mcdonald's - Dublin

First of all they got my order completely wrong as they didnt hear me properly and didn’t take the time to call the order back to me. was waiting for 25 minutes for my food meaning i then had to pay for parking and it wasn’t even busy. staff were wandering around in twos having a chat ignoring us waiting, incredibly rude when approached. drinks were also about half full. absolutely horrendous experience will never be going back to this mcdonald’s

Service was good and there’s allways room to sit unless I am just lucky ,place is kept clean which is great

Allways busy but good service and friendly staff the place is nice and clean and 8 would recommend it

Popped in for a quick bite while shopping in the Centre very clinical no atmosphere and had a long wait even though there weren’t many people there food was cold won’t return

This McDonald 's is in Blackrock 's Frascati Shopping Centre, which has been undergoing renovation for what seems like forever, but now finally seems to be almost there The relocated Golden Arches Outlet just opposite the new Aldi store, and close to a Car Park entrance is certainly extremely modern and quite spacious. We have stopped by here several times recently for some of the usual McDonald 's snacks their Coffee is usually pretty good and, generally speaking, we quite enjoyed each visit. We have, however, noted that staffing levels are not sufficient to provide a reasonably prompt order taking or delivery service, and that (probably for similar reasons), the Tables are not kept cleared the Toilets are quite frequently not maintained to a reasonable standard. We hope that the overall standard will improve here, as the renovations to the Frascati Shopping Centre get completed.
