Kfc - Dublin

Update. Credit where due, have noted an improvement in this store over a few visits. The current staff deserve a mention, they are diligent and pleasant, providing a much needed improvement to the overall customer experience. The store also looks to be benefiting from a more regular cleaning schedule. Well done team KFC! The brand is being let down in this branch by poor management and staff. Overall the store looks grimy and dirty, only 2 of the 3 self order screens were working, with the 1 not working well being very slow. On unpacking the order, all 3 of the sides were placed upside down, resulting in gravy leaking out and making a mess. The chips were literally thrown into a bag, with more than 60% falling out the packets to the bottom of the packaging. Staff are either very unhappy working here or totally apathetic... either way it's a problem, this store needs urgent attention.

Finger Licking Good Best Chicken I had in a long time.

Since I read a lot of bad things about the quality of the chicken here in the reviews, I tried the plantbased chickenburger and was positively surprised, the 'meat ' was really good, tasted like chicken, and had a spicy panade. More sauce would have been nice though, to make the bread less dry.

Seem to have improved since the last time I was there. Really enjoyed it.

Convenient choice in rainy days, drive through option , value for money and fast service like should be!! Don’t like that doesn’t have Coke
