Jewel In The Crown - Dublin

The last two times I've ordered on Deliveroo they've left me waiting about minutes and then canceled my order. Extremely frustrating. If you can't accept the order cancel straight away, or at least call with an explanation if you've left me waiting for Never ordering again. Bye

Stay away from them Food received was stale and it had sugar in it. Chicken ordered was medium spicy. Had tasted food from many restaurants across dublin and LONDON and this was horrible. I posted feedback on Facebook and they blocked me. So much for...customer centricity. Jewel for the Bin, not for the crown. See pics of food. You can imagine how tasty was chicken.

Ordered a meal with drink and they had run out of the drink and offered an alternative without contacting me to ask whether the alternative is suitable. When I requested a refund, the staff member Uttam was extremely rude, defaulting to blaming me...for not checking the order and refusing to refund the money

Called in for lunch on Friday looking forward to a leisurly lunch,and a bottle of wine as I was not working due to Covid chicken tikka starter, main madras chicken, and a nam bread , food very good, waiter pleasent, we were the only...two people in the place. A couple of Americans attempted to enter the restruant, they were refused entry, the waiter explained the were closing at any idea of a leisurley lunch now left me, I ate and drank up, and left at strange behavior in this day and age.Derek a true Dub.

Group of We asked to be seated in the basement which is very spacious. Waiter really nice and patient with us. Food was really nice.
