Went to book a function room on Sunday and was met with the rudest man I 've ever dealt with in my life. As I requested to book a room for a party, I was greeted with CAN YOU NOT SEE HOW BUSY I AM, COME BACK ANOTHER DAY!!!! . There 's a way to speak to people and a tone of voice, this was not it. I 'll never be here again and will be spreading my experience to friends and family. Do better.

Omg my first time and I can safely say I'll definitely be back. Staff were great, food was amazing and great portions. Great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!!

Served by very pleasant staff at carvery counter, then lady took my tray to cash desk, I paid my bill, she picked up 2 glasses of water and carried it all to the table for me. She was so pleasant, efficient and welcoming.

Great location just off M50 Plenty of parking . Good food. 0
