My mother and I had a fantastic brunch at this restaurant with a bright and casual atmosphere and charming feminine decor. It's the perfect place to take a break during a shopping trip. We enjoyed crispy halloumi eggs Benedict, sweetcorn fritters, a homemade apple tarte tatin, and a refreshing green juice. The service was excellent and we look forward to returning to try more items on the menu, as everything sounded delicious. Thank you!

We popped into Brown Thomas on the second floor for some coffee, but were directed to the third floor. We waited in line for about 10 minutes behind another couple, with no staff in sight, despite several open tables. Eventually, we were seated and placed our order for coffee and pastries. Our coffees arrived after 10 minutes, but our pastries never did. After finishing our coffees and still not receiving our pastries, I asked the waitress if she had forgotten about us. After waiting 5 more minutes with no pastries in sight, we decided to leave. We were very disappointed with the poor service, as we had been looking forward to this treat.
