Bloom Brasserie - Dublin

Bloom was the first restaurant we booked when we planned our trip to Dublin.Already from the first correspondence by e-mail/phone we got a really good vibe about this place. Páraic was friendly, informative and made sure that everything was ready for our dinner.When we arrived, Páraic greeted us and escorted us to a lovely set table.Throughout the evening we experienced great service, friendly staff and amazing food. If we decide to return to Dublin, Blooms will be our first booking. Truly a 10/10 experience.

It was just okay, the service was slow at a Wednesday night, so I would worry in a busy night. ribeye was very fat and a bit chewing, creamy maic was excellent.

The ribbed eye was perfect. I recommend the chocolate dessert.

We had a nice time in bloom brasserie. eating was something of the best we had in dublin. our server was really personal. atmosphere is romantic and cozy.

We visited from colorado and stopped at dinner. the service was excellent, our waiter had nice recommendations and eating was delicious. each person who works took time to our wine and water, clear teller away, and make sure we enjoy our dinner. I would like to visit again.
