The shrimp and duck were not fresh at all, seemed to be expired. The style of cooking and flavour was completely off, and their excuse was having a new chef in the kitchen. This was a very disappointing experience, as we have previously enjoyed going there.

We went there for business meeting. Food choice was weak. And what made me crazy while we were discussing something we were interrupted every two minutes by waiters

I don’t know what happened. Teatro was always one of my favorite “go to” restaurants for a nice meal. Tonight was a huge disappointment. Crab cake’s were thin like pancakes and I could barely taste the crab over the fried coating. The tempura shrimp was always a favorite. Tonight’s was very disappointing as I could taste the batter as if it were not cooked entirely. My wife hade the lobster pasta which was “ok”, but my grilled hammour was overcooked and like a rubber ball. I could not eat it. Having said all of that, the staff was very apologetic and offered to cook another fish, but after appetizers we just wanted to leave and had no interest in prolonging the evening. Fish was taken off the bill and we did receive complimentary dessert, so no complaints on service at all. I will not be in a hurry to go back to Teatro, which is the biggest shame of all. It was one of my favorites. I hope the can fix the problem.
