Incredibly wonderful service by Erick A. Food quite tasty and generous portions. Kids enjoyed sitting in the rail car. Clean bathroom.

Let's start with the good nice seating areas and the Italian ice is very good and you can keep the cup. The bad it's overly expensive. The spaghetti is salty and not that good. They don't offer free refill on the Italian ice, and our waitress was rude. Overall, I would not recommend I rather go to Olive Garden.

We always have fun dining here. People are nice and friendly. There was a 97th bday celebration, and everyone joined in singing and wishing her well! It was a wonderful experience

I have lots of memories with my family here. Birthdays , graduations, baby showers, Halloween, many years of special moments. Thank you Spaghetti Factory

Had a good meal at this beautiful historical location, unfortunately the waitress, never checked on us once til the end of the meal, service end of night was lacking. Never cleared our soup or salad dishes, was very weird and lacking of any type of service for end of the night on a slow Thursday night. Definitely doesn't give a good value proposition for the high prices. Sad.
