Central Saloon - Dryden

Great big servings, great prices, great service, dated decor (but it didn't distract from the experience).

Pros: People were nice. Meals were inexpensive. Cons: Really dated decor, dirty, the mens washroom looked like they ran out of money and just painted it anyway, it was also very dirty. Food was almost all processed, the little that was fresh was horrible.

This was once a place where people stopped for a meal the owners needed to enjoy a retirement so have since closed the hotel as well as the restaurant. We are slowly loosing places to enjoy.

This hotel / restaurant and bar lounge is permanently closed people Don't waste your time to go downtown as its closed but was once the place to go For a lot of people ! Hope the owners can retire now and enjoy their days !!

Every time we visit Dryden, we make sure to have breakfast at the Central. This diner offers traditional food and a cozy atmosphere. The portions are generous, the service is friendly, and it's a popular spot for locals to gather. The restaurant has maintained its charm over the years and provides excellent value for the prices. Highly recommended!
