Christmas eve closing and we were last in line as employees stood behind us to not let other cars enter. As the staff laughed and carried in wasted our time and decided to close as we got to the speaker. Unprofessional and could of easier saved our 15 mins of waiting with our kids. Do better instead of laughing and enjoying cigarettes near customers!
I now understand why they implemented a no refund policy because they would go out of business. My wife ordered the door dash and the order was wrong so I stopped by on my way home to get it corrected which they kindly did but then proceeded to mess up the new food. It was just a simple soft taco and chicken quesadilla. This is the 3rd time I've had to get an order corrected.
They skimmed me on two party packs at different times. I called the complaint line and all I got back was two free items tickets. When we placed an order and used the two free item tickets, we got attitude from the manager. I heard new management took over. You can tell. Now they're skimping on ingredients even more.
