Restaurant Maxime - Drummondville

Staying the night in Drummondville and out looking over the city when we noticed a lot of people going into this restaurant. We drove around a bit and came back for dinner. It is quite large inside and seems to be frequented by many locals - when we commented how busy it was they said it was quiet for a Tuesday evening. Many seniors in the place. We seemed to be the only English speaking people and the waitress and other staff were very friendly and we communicated quite well even though it was obvious that we were an abnormally in the restaurant.We only had burgers and poutine but the price was unbelievable (don't go to fast food places this restaurant was definitely better and cheaper and better). The whole menu seemed to be very reasonably prices and would suit a young family's budget.

While staying overnight in Drummondville, we happened to notice a popular restaurant bustling with locals. Intrigued, we decided to return for dinner and found it to be quite spacious. Despite being told it was actually a quiet Tuesday evening, the place was full of seniors. We were likely the only English-speaking patrons, but the waitress and staff were very accommodating, making communication easy. We tried their burgers and poutine, which were not only delicious but also incredibly affordable. Compared to fast food options, this restaurant proved to be a better and cheaper alternative. The menu boasted reasonable prices that would be perfect for a budget-conscious young family.

This place has awesome food We got a large pizza for 3 and 2 pops and was $22.00 We are from out of town and they are very friendly and polite even since we don't speak French Will be back next time we are in the area
