Mcdonald's - Drummondville

If I could give zero stars I would. Slowest drive thru you will ever encounter. To the point you want to drive away. Staff do not care that they are incredibly slow.

This is the slowest McDonald's I have ever been to. No matter what time you get here, you will wait a minimum of 10 minutes, more like 15+ to receive anything you've ordered.

It's Mickey D's. They're all the same. I love me a Big Mac.

Great experience and fast at the drive-thru but the employees need to learn to speak English for American tourists that can’t speak French at all

Food was fine. Exactly what you'd expect from McDonalds. Service left a lot to be desired. Extremely long wait was less than ideal. Can likely be attributed to the restaurant being short staffed but the employees that were there were working extremely slowly. Very long line inside to order with one worker seeming to walk around aimlessly while the one worker I could see in the kitchen made the slowest sandwiches I've ever seen being made a McDonalds. After spending three years at McDonalds as both Crew then a Crew Trainer I am typically very patient and understanding of wait times for food, especially when short staffing is a factor, but the lack of effort on the part of the staff to even try to adequately serve the customers was disheartening and frustrating to say the least.
