Chez Louis Poulet & Pizza

The restaurant lacks fresh vegetables and the poutine is not very good.

We had a simple order for delivery to our hotel. Called, and NO ONE there spoke a word of English. So, I had to get the hotel staff to call in my order. When the order arrived, I was shocked. The two cheese pizzas had the cheese ENTIRELY slipped off and pooled in the corner of the boxes. The two Perriers I ordered showed up as bottles of Dasani water. After repairing the pizza as best I could, I was then shocked to see the pizzas had NOT BEEN SLICED! And....The pizza was salty as all heck. Never, ever again. Would rather go hungry next time.

Just came back from eating with husband and 2 kids. To call what we ate Food would be a stretch. We had grease served with more grease. Chicken was terriable, it was soaked through and through with stale grease, and I am still unsure wether our fries tasted like the chicken or our chicken like the fries. The chicken looked like it was in a **** fight prior to being served. This place is a no go, no pride in what they are serving

We ended up staying in Drummondville on New Years Eve due to a snowstorm and asked the hotel personnel for a recommendation for pizza. Chez Louis delivered one of the best pizzas I have ever had. Loaded with meat and cheese, just the right amount of greasiness and incredible tasty. The size I ordered lasted me for three meals.

The employees are French only and we are English. My tried to speak with her broken french but employees had difficulty understanding. We did in fact get our order taken. The two girls did a great job figuring out what we wanted. My wife and I each had our own pizza. Both were perfect. Overall, food was great and service was just as good, even with the language barrier.
