Dante's Gourmet Pizza Bar - DROUIN

The pizza is great, but consistently at least 20-30 minutes later than stated (both for delivery and pick-up). Customer service is pathetic (staff barely even acknowledge the existence of customers in the shop). No apologies or anything to make up for the ridiculously long wait. Will no longer be going there.

I stopped going to Dantes as the pizzas became a mess, no care how they were put together, lack of toppings bad attitudes when you complain but the improvement is awesome. Best tasting pizza, good price. The wait doesnt bother me if im getting quality, and if their busy to me its a good sign. Kick butt over the big "D" thats has arrived in town in price, flavor and customer service attitude. Keep it Dantes. Love the online ordering to with the ability to have what i want on my pizza.

What an experience!!!!!! We had home delivery and went for the gourmet range and it did not disappoint. Yummiest pizza ever. Here we were in pj's watching TV on a cold wet windy night and ..ding dong ..pizza had arrived . Sooo spoiled.

Ordered online. Their website system is good. Said that delivery was 25 minutes. Once I placed the order though it had changed to 45 minutes. The pizza arrived 1 hour and 15 minutes later.The pepperoni was burnt and dry. The kids told me the Hawaiian was the worst they had ever had. I tried a piece and had to agree - it was very very dry. The garlic bread was ok.

Arrived on time , easy to order on line .absoluely beautiful we ordered 2 pizzas and chips well worth it ,lovely delivery guy
