Arrival at 18:20 Sunday with place assignment, in Corona times normal, probably by boss personally. I work here in the area for assembly, yesterday also, had work clothes on. This was clearly visible and it smelled like hydraulic oil. I'll be served so fast. Wirte recognize this and act accordingly. I was hungry and my patience was correspondingly low. Order went flott, drink came, what happened then is not comprehensible, 1.5 hrs wait for a cramp, not even a hint of self-service at the salad buffet, not even a friendly greeting from the kitchen, nothing. The food came after 8:00, the pommes were I don't know brown and crispy, the pork had a thick panade, not even a salad garnish. The asparagus in the sauce would have been a salad, he was hard and not cooked. Spargel and Champignons must be looking. Not even Majo and Ketchup offered the Pommes. I won't make a recommendation. That I gave tip was pure courtesy. The boss was trying, however, he didn't handle his people, he's still very young. Money does not replace experience. The guests around me were very attentive.
