Marco Pollo - Drobeta-Turnu Severin

I don’t recommend this restaurant for food. You can find here a good espresso and a very good salad “a la chef” only if Bogdan is the cook . That’s all.

We wanted to have dinner but when we entered we noticed that people are smoking inside even though it’s against the law. Couldn’t enjoy food in a smoky place. Personnel didn’t seem to care either, they were smoking also. If they don’t respect the law...on this matter, we were not curious to discover what else is not respected.

We ordered pizza and to my surprise they had fresh ingredients and were freshly made. Prices are good (one pizza was RON).

Even though the staff was incredibly nice and helpful, the food was average. I had a strawbery limonade, which was pretty good, and a chicken wock, which was hardly above average. However, the location is pretty nice, right in the heart of the city and...it was the best restaurant we could find in Severin.

The location is good, the food is good, and the waitress is good, the only thing is that we had to pay more than we were supposed because they said they changed the prices of the food but they haven't changed yet in the menu...
