Le Vacher - Dripping Springs

I highly recommend this place if you like brunch. The coffee was good and the atmosphere was so fun! My favorite was the crab benedict (it has a better name, but I can't remember it) and the French toast was INCREDIBLE! Seriously, it was so good I almost cried. If we come through again we will definitely come back.

First time here was amazing. Great drinks, appetizers and entrees. The mushroom tagliatelle was beyond fanatic as was the buttermilk pie. We look forward to coming back.

The owner of this place is absolutely amazing, we hired him to do a private chef experience at our Airbnb outside of Austin, Texas. The food was absolutely delicious. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. The food is unique, delicious, and I absolutely will be back. If I can get 10 out of 10 stars, I would.

Le Vacher in an impressive French restaurant in Dripping Springs. We went for brunch and it was really good. We tried all the pastries with the lemon blueberry breakfast bread being my favorite. I got the smoked ham Benedict Tartine which was their take on an eggs Benedict. Their dinner menu looks great so I?ll definitely have to be back! Cool looking spot with a great bar to make new memories.

This place is a gem in Dripping Springs. Our entire meal was great but do yourself a favor and get the scallops (steak tartare was also a standout). Shoutout to Abigail, she was a great server and the service overall was wonderful. 10/10 recommend.
