Hays City Store - DRIFTWOOD

Hays City Store is our family's favorite restaurant. They offer a wide variety of dishes, and everything I've tried has been fantastic! Some of our top choices include the Sonora Burger, the Wam Bam Bacon Jam pizza, and the chicken flautas.

During our 5-day visit to Wimberley, we dined here twice. The food, drinks, service, and atmosphere were all excellent. I highly recommend it!

Thank you Yelp reviewers for another find! We went to trusty Yelp and Hays City Store popped up. Thank goodness! It was great. And the CHEEP-ASS HOUR was a bonus! The food is really good, we were impressed. We started off with guacamole, which came with plenty of very good chips and a generous portion of guac. The wife and I each got the truck stop enchiladas. Great! Their one-hour happy hour, which they call Cheap A Hour, has many good deals. We will be back!

Delicious food! I enjoyed a Mexican martini and truck stop enchiladas, both were fantastic. The service was excellent, thanks to Sarah! It's a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere.

The most fun you'll have eating! Since moving to Wimberley we have loved HCS and the owners!! It's one of our favorite places to dine and bring visitors to before we even bring them home! It's always a good idea for HCS!
