I want to love Tank Libby's. The food is consistently amazing, they also have one of my favorite dishes on the menu too. It's always a special treat when we can order from them. The issues I run into there is everything else. It's a small space and always packed tight when I've dined in which can be stressful. Last time I was there with my son it turned out we were given different menus with pretty significantly different price points. I had made my initial choices but had to completely reassess after I found out the prices were different. I pointed out the discrepancy to the wait staff and they just shrugged. I've also tried doing order pick ups but often leave feeling like my order and pick up was somehow an inconvenience to them. The prices are also very expensive which given the quality of the food I can try to understand (except for the no refill policy on a $5 Hot Chocolate) but besides the menu issue mentioned above I've had similar issues with discrepancies between the prices listed on the website and the price charged when I pick up my order. They also charge you an unexpected fee for using your card instead of paying cash. It leaves me feeling swindled every time I visit. Why not be upfront and include the fee in the food costs and offer a discount for those that pay cash? I WANT to love Tank Libby's, maybe you will if money isn't a concern for you. I can guarantee you'll enjoy the food at least.

I ordered the Hippie Hash. What could have been a wonderful dish was overpowered by salt. To much salt. I couldn’t taste the vegetables because of the salt. That dish didn’t need any salt. It also had far too much oil. As for atmosphere, my friend and I couldn’t hear each other, far too much noise. Lastly the floor under my feet was sticky. I have been to Tank Libby's many times but today I chose take out. Today the service sucked. The older woman at the take out counter waited on other tables before checking out myself another man who knew I was there 1st but went ahead of me (another story). The waitress then waited on the man in front of me then walked away to wait on other guest. (She knew I was there) Then she said can I help you like I was ruining her day!! She did my transaction said sign w/ your finger walked away!! Never gave me my receipt! I tapped print receipt, reached over the counter grabbed it myself!! Disappointing!! I used to love it there!
