Tim Hortons - Drayton Valley

The hot chocolate at this restaurant is awful! It tastes like colored water. I have tried it several times over the past year and it is consistently terrible.

Updated review, they do waay better than they did 10 years ago, so I'm happy

The only thing I enjoy is their chilly. Well when they have it... I wonder why they don't bother on trying to make more. The service is okay. There are some friendly ones and than there is kelsey. She seems unfriendly and always upset. I will have to say there is a guy with a beard who acts super friendly and kind. Over the years this place has just been hiring bad employees, which Is unfortunate because I always thought this was the better timmies

The staff greeted us through the drive-through window and had smiles on their faces and were friendly. The food and coffee was fresh and got to us quickly.

Apparently, today, order takers decide when I'm done ordering today. I didn't get the full-size bun with my soup like i asked for. Order takers said it comes with a bun. Also, I didn't get the coffee i ordered at the end of my order. I was told to drive up to the window well orderng the coffee. After being handed my food I asked about the coffee and she said it wasn't ordered. Not impressed withbthe service lately. Wish there was a better tim hortons in town. Both of the current ones are terrible.
