The best burgers for traveling on the road. Double cheeseburgers!! Easy to eat, not messy at all. Love em.

Ordered a Big Mac meal. Asked twice forKetchup in the bag and asked to make sure there was a straw in the bag which they said there was. Get to hotel and no ketchup and no straw. **** poor service.

After waiting for 4 minutes, my food still hadn't been brought out. Another 3 minutes passed and even after 5 more vehicles had gone through the drive-through, my food was finally brought to me. When I asked the employee about the delay, she rudely responded that they had to make fresh food. I questioned how the other vehicles that arrived after me were served before me, and the employee falsely claimed they had only ordered coffee, despite me witnessing them receiving bags of food. The employee's behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional, and I believe they should be fired. I hope the manager or owner reads this review and realizes that they have lost a customer for good. I will also be contacting McDonald's Canada to share my disappointing experience. This was by far the worst service I have ever received. I wish I could give this location zero stars as that is what they truly deserve.

Had to wait a measly 20 minutes for an ice coffee with no ice 2 cream 2 sugar and they didn’t even put sugar or cream in it. I also used my app for the $1 drink so it was $1.05 and I had a prepaid visa and asked the lady to put it for $1.02 because I had that much on the card but she just sat there useless not listening or willing to help so I just debit $1.05 which is pathetic. It was order 256 on August 16 2023

Small problem with the meal and staff went above and beyond to make it right. Excellent service and location here!
