Thai Siam - Draper

The food is okay but extremely overpriced. The service was not but it was a busy night.

We had to get attention for service twice. After 15 minutes wait we succeeded. Two of the beers on the menu were not available, but server didn’t known until the bartender was consulted. Food was excellent well, almost. As we had ordered appetizers and two multi dish meals, we accumulated a few dishes. Those were never cleaned up. We also never revived second water service but were there for well over 1 hour.

My experience was terrible. There was no one at the host stand when we arrived and it took five minutes for someone to notice us. Once we were seated it took 10 minutes before we were even greeted another five minutes before we got our drinks. Once we ordered our appetizer and our food we didn’t get our appetizer for about 15 minutes and then we received our food immediately after. The service was terrible we were surrounded by dirty tables. I was very dissatisfied with the full experience and will not be visiting again.

The food was really good, but the service was pretty bad. It took a very long time for our water to be refilled, and we were never asked how our food tasted. The restaurant seemed incredible understaffed, which seemed to be the main cause for the level of service we received. Based on our experience, I think my husband and I will probably just order carry out rather than dine-in in the future.

Great place to celebrate a birthday. Food was delicious. Service was great. Overall very inviting and fun environment
