Smashburger - Draper

Great food! Got the smoked bacon brisket burger and it was so delicious! Of course I got the smash fries and they were crispy and devine! The peppermint hot chocolate shake was fantastic! Our cashier was so funny and chill! Believe me to totally go here!

Employees cooks manager Of the 8+ times I've been here i have never once seen a manager or the same employee. They are constantly understaffed and employees have always been so nice. Cooks rarely get orders correct if you have a special request (such as no tomatoes). I was prompted to write this review after going here at the 6pm dinner rush. A single front employee who was doing everything. From taking orders, serving orders, making shakes, cleaning tables, and more. I didn't get her name but she deserves a raise for dealing with whatever is going on behind the scenes here. Oh and the food's pretty good. You'll find yourself craving it from time to time.

I've been to some smash burgers that are booming with business. This is not one of them. We went around 5:30 only to be the only people in the restaurant. There were a few people who came in and picked up orders while we are so we weren't the only people. As we walked up, we weren't even sure it was open. Inside the restaurant was grungy and it felt dirty. Tables looked like they hadn't been cleaned and the floor was speckled with food. There was no music or background anything which gave off a creepy vibe. Now the restaurant didn't look nice and felt like you would expect if you walked into a restaurant that had been abandoned. But that being said the food was really good! It was a fresh and tasty. The customer service was very good and the workers were very friendly. We got the brisket burger and avocado burger with sweet potato fries. It was a bit on the salty side, but still really good! Unfortunately the atmosphere of this location has probably made this our last smash experience. At least for a while...

The classic smash is a juicy angus burger on a soft bun with all the fillings. The rosemary Smash fries are very good. They have Original taste Coke which is the best kind IMO. However, the restaurant itself seems a little run down. The ice machine was broken, half the seating area was littered with makeshift kitchen storage. The bathroom soap dispenser was lying on the floor and I was told that happens sometimes .

Friend from Colorado may of over hyped the food. Their hamburger, tasted like, a hamburger. Nothing special that makes it stand out on its own. The server was extremely nice and brought our food. The atmosphere was nothing special, other than a mural of the word smash on the wall. Not happy with the way fast food places are pushing you to tip. Fries were good. Overpriced hamburger at its finest.
