Seabird - Draper

Nice to have a quaint bar in Draper. This place is cool, drinks were tasty. It's upstairs and has a cozy lounge feel with a small deck. Unfortunately we did wait a long time for them despite two bartenders and a not so crowded venue.

Since Caspiel has taken over, the place has become a little too woke for my taste. He places conditions on what guests can talk about. He makes things up and takes conversations out of context. I prefer something a little more light hearted...

During our visit to the area from the Midwest, we found ourselves with some time to spare before dinner and were in search of a great place for cocktails. We came across Seabird, and it exceeded our expectations. The cocktails were delicious and reminiscent of the craft cocktails we enjoyed in Chicago. I would highly recommend it to anyone in the area.

After spending a decade on the East Coast, I recently returned to Utah and was delighted to discover Seabird in Draper. This cocktail bar is a wonderful addition to the area. The atmosphere is fantastic, with a spacious open design and an outdoor deck that offers a beautiful view. I love that they play vinyl records spanning various genres, adding to the vibe. The staff is friendly and inviting, and I find myself coming back for the amazing cocktails made by Steve. I requested a bartender's choice, and he whipped up a remarkable drink featuring smoked rosemary. He's not only talented behind the bar but also a great conversationalist.
