Here's a concept. If you're a noodle company and someone is ordering spaghetti maybe let them know before they order and receive their food you don't have any forks. Literally for the love of God how do you sell someone noodles and give them a spoon and don't tell them you don't have forks? This is so far beyond not caring that it defies logic

I picked up an online order on my lunch break and didn't realize until after I left that the spinach was missing from my dish. I called back and the girl who answered was very sweet and got me on the phone with the manager, Andrew, who was very polite and refunded me for the pasta. Really appreciated the customer service.
